Independent, selective, focused on execution

CAPVIA Corporate Finance GmbH advises owners and investors on company sales, succession and growth. We work selectively: few mandates at a time, but clear processes, solid documentation and stakeholder management that takes friction out before it builds.

CAPVIA was founded in 2022 in Zurich, growing out of a Swiss sell-side boutique. Its registered office is in Zug today, with further offices in Munich and Vienna. ZFU became part of CAPVIA at the end of 2025.

The focus is on IT, Software, Tech, without ruling other sectors out. What matters is that we understand the business model being negotiated over.
