6. Disclosure to Third Parties

Transfers of personal data to countries outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area take place only where an adequate level of data protection is ensured or with your explicit consent.

In the course of our services, we may receive confidential information, in particular information protected by non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), from clients, counterparties or third parties.

CAPVIA undertakes to treat such information strictly confidentially and to use it solely for the agreed contractual purpose. Processing is carried out in compliance with applicable data protection laws and contractual confidentiality obligations. Disclosure to unauthorized third parties is excluded.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or alteration.
