Floris van Zutphen is a corporate finance and financial advisory professional with an entrepreneurial background. He has worked closely with company owners, management teams and investors on transaction-driven situations, including sell-side processes, ownership transitions and growth financing.
Prior to founding CAPVIA, he built and led an advisory firm focused on senior finance and executive mandates, working extensively with C-level stakeholders in M&A, capital structuring and value creation contexts.
