Her background in private equity at AG Capital, combined with prior experience at Deloitte and in advisory and banking environments, provides a strong technical foundation in financial analysis, valuation, accounting and due diligence.
She brings structure, rigor and execution focus to transaction processes, acting as a central interface between deal teams, investors and external advisors from initial analysis through closing.
