Lorenz Ambrosius brings several years of private equity investment work: valuing investments, running due diligence, executing transactions and supporting portfolio companies through the holding period. Experience from the investment team at AG Capital in Vienna and from private equity at BlackFin Capital Partners in Frankfurt.
He therefore knows the side of the table the buyer will later sit on: which figures an investment committee wants to see, what makes an investment fall over, and what a valuation has to carry to survive that room. At CAPVIA he brings that perspective into the preparation of sale processes.
