Fred Hilgenfeldt leads the technology side of transactions at CAPVIA: assessing what sits behind a software product or an IT organisation, where the dependencies are, and how much of that matters to the purchase price. Six years in consulting, five of them at Big Four firms, shape his work between business development and delivery.
Within CAPVIA he builds the systems the team works with, from the deal database to the investor platform.
