Maximilian Jonescu
Transaction analysis with a technical background.
Maximilian Jonescu supports the deal teams on analyses and transaction materials. Before joining CAPVIA he worked for several years as a software and application engineer in Zurich, and contributed to financial due diligence and DCF valuations for TMT acquisitions during a group rotation. He is reading for a master's in accounting and corporate finance at the University of St. Gallen, following a bachelor's in information systems at the University of Zurich.
