Nicolai Preussner

Nicolai Preussner is a corporate finance and M&A professional with a strong background in transaction advisory and sell-side execution across the European small- and mid-cap segment. He began his career at KPMG, focusing on financial due diligence and gaining exposure to complex M&A and restructuring situations.

He later joined Eight Advisory, where he contributed to building the Zurich office and advised founders and shareholders on sell-side M&A transactions. Building on this experience, Nicolai founded NP Corporate Finance, a Swiss sell-side boutique that evolved into CAPVIA, reflecting a focused, execution-driven approach to transactions.
