Lukas Knecht

Lukas Knecht is a senior corporate finance executive and board-level advisor with more than three decades of experience across banking, corporates and complex restructuring environments.

He held senior leadership roles at UBS, including Head of Structured Finance in Switzerland, and has served as CFO and executive management member across multiple companies. His career spans corporate finance, venture capital, real estate financing and special situations, with deep exposure to governance, shareholder alignment and complex capital structures.

Today, Lukas supports CAPVIA as Senior Advisor, contributing strategic perspective, transaction experience and board-level judgment to complex ownership, financing and transformation situations.
